Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, based on availability. There is a $40 charge for each.

In the event that the cleaner arrives after the checkout time and the house is still occupied, a fee of $100 will be applied, with an additional charge of $100 per hour thereafter. This policy is in place to respect the cleaner’s time and ensure efficient turnover for upcoming guests who may be checking in on your day of departure.

Please avoid any music or loud voices outside during quiet hours. Additionally, no loud music around the pool, on the deck or by the lake at any time.

No events, outside vendors or additional guests allowed at the home. All people at the home most be included in the guest count on the reservation. If additional guests are present owner may terminate reservation in addition to keeping 100% of security deposit.

Similar to above, tampering with exterior security cameras including cutting power, obstructing, moving or anything that interrupts ability to ensure that rules are being adhered to will also lead to potential termination of the reservation and forfeiture of security deposit.

Smoking or drug use in the house will result in 100% forfeiture of security deposit.

Do not use glitter in the house. A $200 fee will be charged against you if cleaner finds this after your departure. Please refrain from affixing or attaching any items to the walls or other surfaces.

It is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill after use. This includes emptying the grease trap at the rear of grill into garbage can. $100 fee if grill is not cleaned.

To help maintain the cleanliness of our home, please abstain from placing decorative pillows on the floor. We kindly suggest guests to refrain from wearing shoes inside the house. However, we understand that some guests may prefer wearing shoes indoors, and that is perfectly acceptable. These simple requests helps us preserve the quality of our floors and ensures a comfortable and clean environment for everyone. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our home well-kept for all guests to enjoy.

Check-out is before 11am. On morning of departure please do the following:

• Start at least one load of towels in the washer (and dryer if possible)
• Bed linens can be left on beds
• Start dishwasher
• Return any furniture, toys and games to original location household items, or games to their original location. This includes outdoor items. There is a $200 fee for failure to do so.

GLASS IS PROHIBITED on the deck areas surrounding the pool and hot tub, as well as inside the pool or hot tub.
